No advocate–client relationship

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create an advocate–client relationship. Please do not send confidential or privileged material until we have confirmed in writing that we are able to act for you.

Retention

Enquiries are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to them and to maintain a conflict record. Where no engagement follows, records are reviewed periodically and deleted when they cease to be needed.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted. We will act on such requests unless retention is required by law or by professional obligation.
