    Acted in Supreme Court proceedings challenging an order of the NCLAT in a corporate insolvency resolution dispute concerning the constitution of the committee of creditors.

  • Supreme Court & Appellate Litigation

    Drafted and prosecuted a special leave petition arising from a High Court judgment on the maintainability of a civil appeal in a long-running property dispute.

  • Banking, SARFAESI & Recovery

    Advised a borrower group on securitisation proceedings and appeared before the Debts Recovery Tribunal to resist enforcement over a secured commercial asset.

    Represented a serving officer before the Central Administrative Tribunal and the Delhi High Court in a promotion and seniority challenge.

    Appeared in Section 9 and Section 34 proceedings before the Delhi High Court arising out of a terminated works contract between construction sector parties.

    Advised a group of allottees on remedies under RERA and consumer legislation following delayed possession in a residential development.

    Secured relief in quashing and bail proceedings before the Delhi High Court in a matter arising from allegations of commercial misrepresentation.

    Advised a manufacturing group on the restructuring of distributor agreements and on the dispute resolution architecture across its supply contracts.

  • Constitutional & Writ Litigation

    Filed writ proceedings challenging an administrative order withdrawing a statutory approval without notice or hearing.

    Acted in partition and injunction proceedings concerning ancestral commercial property in the National Capital Region.
