Devansh Sharma
Devansh Sharma is an advocate with over three years of litigation experience. He is a graduate of the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala, and holds an LL.M. from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur.
He maintains an active litigation practice before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the NCLAT, NCLT, CAT, NCDRC, NGT and DRT, with additional appearances before the Karnataka High Court.
He has independently argued approximately twenty to thirty matters and has drafted more than a hundred substantive pleadings, including special leave petitions, writ petitions, civil and criminal appeals, review and transfer petitions, written statements, counter-affidavits, rejoinders, legal notices and arbitration-related documents.
His practice covers Supreme Court and appellate litigation, constitutional and writ matters, insolvency and bankruptcy, banking and financial recovery disputes, DRT matters, service law, arbitration, criminal litigation, and consumer and insurance disputes. He has substantial experience in IBC proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT, including Supreme Court challenges to NCLAT orders.
From June 2023 to June 2026 he was associated with Verdict Legal Solutions, where he independently handled litigation and client matters across judicial and quasi-judicial forums. His responsibilities included litigation strategy, drafting, legal research, client conferences, courtroom advocacy, briefing Senior Advocates and coordinating with Advocates-on-Record, juniors and filing teams.
