Siddharth Yadav

Siddharth Yadav is an AIBE-qualified advocate with litigation experience before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts, the CAT, the NCLAT, the MACT and other judicial forums. He is presently associated as an Associate with the office of an Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India.

His experience encompasses civil, criminal, commercial, constitutional, banking, property, family, consumer, labour and employment matters, along with specialised exposure to RERA, SARFAESI, company law, intellectual property and arbitration.

He drafts special leave petitions, writ petitions, civil appeals, counter-affidavits, written statements, review petitions, rejoinders, legal notices and miscellaneous applications, and prepares case briefs, opinions, paper books and hearing notes.

His practice includes civil and commercial disputes, banking and financial litigation, property and real estate disputes, labour and employment matters, contractual disputes, arbitration, consumer litigation, RERA and SARFAESI matters, criminal litigation and MACT proceedings.

In his present role he appears in matters before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court and various tribunals and courts, with responsibility for legal research, drafting, case preparation, litigation strategy, client coordination and e-filing.
